Service Definitions

These Terms govern the legal relationship between Events Bites (the "Provider") and the Client (the "Recipient") for bulk culinary allocations.

1. Ordering & Logistics

All orders are measured by weight or volume. Final allocations are confirmed upon payment authorization.

• Standard lead time is 48 hours for grand events.
• Logistics routes are optimized for maximum freshness.
• The Provider reserves the right to substitute ingredients of equal or higher value if technical supply shifts occur.

2. Payment Protocols

Payments are processed via encrypted Stripe tunnels. Full authorization is required before kitchen dispatch. Large-scale corporate accounts may be granted credit lines upon successful audit.

3. Cancellation & Adjustments

Cancellations made within 24 hours of dispatch incur a 50% allocation fee due to the artisan batching process already underway.

4. Quality Assurance

We guarantee temperature precision upon arrival. Any deviation must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery receipt for formal investigation.
